Please join us on Saturday, June 4 at 6:00 pm for the Buddhist lecture and meditation with a traveling teacher Ofelia Grzelinska, a student of Lama Ole Nydahl.

Ofelia Grzelinska has been associated with Diamond Way Buddhism since 1998. She has traveled all over Europe with Lama Ole Nydahl and played an active role in the development of the DWB Center in New Zealand and Warsaw. Since 2012, at the request of her teacher, she has been giving worldwide lectures about the basics of Buddhism. She owns a company and works in the film industry. She's a mother and an author of a book about motherhood in different cultures. She lives in Los Angeles.

No experience with meditation or Buddhism is needed; all are welcome!
