Join us at the LA Diamond Way Buddhist Center for a lecture about Buddhist refuge: what it is and the essential role it plays in our development to reach enlightenment.

Following the lecture, there will be time for questions and answers as well as a short, guided meditation. No previous experience is necessary and we welcome the curious as well as those who have practiced for quite a while to join us.

Donation for Lecture: $15
Doors open at 10:30am, and the lecture will start at 11:00am.

The lecture will be given by Marcin Mędrzecki, a student of Lama Ole Nydahl since 1992. He participated in the organisation of a series of courses and Buddhist events in Poland and Europe. Since 2015, at the request of Lama Ole, he has been teaching the basics of Diamond Way Buddhism. Professionally he is a consultant at an international advisory agency. Associated with the Diamond Way Buddhist centers in Warsaw.
