Lecture: The Meaning of the Sangha

Join us at the LA Diamond Way Buddhist Center for a lecture that explores the role of friendships and community in creating a more powerful and essential lift for our development towards reaching enlightenment.

Following the lecture, there will be time for questions and answers as well as a short, guided meditation. No previous experience is necessary and we welcome the curious as well as those who have practiced for quite a while to join us.

Donation for Lecture: $15
Doors open at 10:30am, and the lecture will start at 10:45am.

The lecture will be given by Claudia Faiguenboim. Claudia is originally from Brazil, and currently lives in Palm Springs, CA, where she works as a Health Coach. She took refuge in 2003 and following Lama Ole and Hannah's wishes, she helped establish the Diamond Way Buddhist center in Barcelona, Spain. In 2010, she moved to Bogotá, Colombia, where, together with a few idealistic friends, she helped establish the first DWB living center in Colombia as well as its retreat center.
