Teacher & Student Relationship - a lecture by Eugene Trak

Where: Los Angeles North

14998 Valley Vista Blvd. Sherman Oaks, CA 91403

When: Tuesday September 10
Time: 8:15 pm

Please join us Tuesday, September 10th at 8:15 pm for the Buddhist lecture and meditation with a traveling teacher Eugene Trak, a student of Lama Ole Nydahl.

The lecture will describe the role & the importance of the Teacher & Student Relationship in Diamond Way Buddhism.

'Nothing can replace the personal teacher-student relationship for quick learning & transformation... When a realized teacher shares his world of experience with an inspired student, he can enrich the latter directly, on conscious and subconscious levels.'
Lama Ole Nydahl, "The Way Things Are"

The lecture is perfect for both long-time practitioners as well as total beginners! No experience with meditation or Buddhism is needed; all are welcome!

Eugene started practicing Diamond Way Buddhism after meeting Lama Ole Nydahl in San Francisco in 1995. Since then, he has helped to establish and lived in Buddhist centers in Minnesota, Colorado and California. He and his wife Lara run a web design company and currently live on the Central Coast of California, where they are actively involved in the development of the Western Retreat Center - WRC.

There is plenty of free street parking available around the Center.

Suggested Donation for the lecture: $15.

Looking forward to seeing you!
