You are invited to attend this informative talk designed for those interested in learning about the purpose and type of meditation practiced in this 1200 year old Tibetan lineage and how it is beneficial in today's modern Western culture.
The evening includes the lecture, "Q&A" and guided meditation.
About the Speaker:
Lena took refuge with Lama Ole Nydahl in 1992 and started teaching in Diamond Way Buddhist centers in 1998. She lived in the Moscow Buddhist center from 1998 until 2016. Lena does extensive work in translation and book editing of Buddhist texts. Since 2007 she has been the Editor-in-Chief of the Buddhism.ru magazine. Lena has a Ph.D. in History and her thesis focused on the works of Marpa the Translator.
