Join us at the LA Diamond Way Buddhist Center for a lecture on Monday, June 24th that delves into what the basis of disturbing emotions is and how Buddhist teachings and methods transform these negative habitual reactions into wisdoms that benefit ourselves and those around us.
Following the lecture, there will be time for questions and answers as well as a short, guided meditation. No previous experience is necessary and we welcome the curious as well as those who have practiced for quite a while to join us.
Donation for Lecture: $15
Doors open at 8pm, and the lecture will start at 8:30pm.

The evening's lecture will be given by Tal Guri, visiting from Tel Aviv, Israel. Tal took refuge in 1999 during Lama Ole Nydahl’s first visit to Israel. In 2010, Lama Ole asked her to teach in Diamond Way Buddhist Centers. Tal works as an aerobic instructor and a personal trainer and has a 16-year-old daughter.
