The evening's lecture will be given by Phil Carlisle, visiting from Sydney, Australia. Phil met Lama Ole Nydahl in 1995 and a year later became one of the founding members of the Diamond Way Buddhist Center in Sydney. Phil is a married parent with a successful media business and integrates his Buddhist practice with everyday life. In 2007 Lama Ole asked Phil to teach Diamond Way Buddhism and help spread the precious teachings to idealistic, clear-thinking Westerners.
