About the speaker in her own words:
" I met Lama Ole and took refuge from him in 1991 at a Ngondro [Four Foundational Practices] course in Albuquerque. I was 35 at the time. Ole asked me to start an Albuquerque group in '95 and to travel and teach in '97. My husband Shawn and I have hosted the Albuquerque group in our home since '98. We go to courses to see Ole, [listen to his talks when he is teaching in other places via online] live streamings, meditate, and watch everything get simpler! Work-related wise, I retired from architecture five years ago and now teach at a unique high school for at risk students."
