Join us for a fantastic program with Diamond Way teacher Bea Amar from Germany in Alberta. First, she will be in Calgary for a weekend, and then we are happy to welcome her to Edmonton for two evening lectures at our centre. No prior experience with Buddhism or meditation is necessary. Beginners are welcome.

Biography: Beatrice Amar (Bea) was born in 1970 in Bonn, Germany. She met and took Buddhist refuge with Lama Ole in Cologne in 1995. Bea lived in the Cologne Buddhist Centre until 2009. In 2011 Lama Ole asked her to teach, and in 2013 she moved to the Copenhagen Buddhist centre. Bea is currently living in Cologne, where she works as a professional health therapist. Bea holds a Ph.D. in Tibetan studies, and for some years she was part of the academic team at ITAS (International Institute for Tibetan and Asian Studies), Spain.
