Living Our Potential - Diamond Way Meditation Practice in Everyday Life
Monday January 22
Lama Ole Nydahl says "meditation is mind's gift to itself." In fact, Buddhist Vajrayana (Diamond Way) meditation is known to be one of the fastest routes to total growth and enlightenment.
We will be exploring how, as Western practitioners, we can carry our meditation practice into our modern lives. How to live our potential and move towards meaningful results.
Join us for this lecture with Sara Finnerty, a Diamond Way Buddhist teacher from Nevada. She'll be at our Buddhist Center on Monday, January 22 at 7:30pm.
There is a suggested donation of $10 for this lecture.
Sara Finnerty has been practicing Diamond Way Buddhism since 1991 when she met her teacher, Lama Ole Nydahl, in San Francisco. Since then, she has helped start Diamond Buddhist Way centers across the country, from California to Texas. Following Lama Ole's request, she has been teaching Diamond Way Buddhist methods since 2015. She currently lives in Las Vegas, where she owns a rehabilitation and Pilates studio.
