Join us for a lecture with Sarah Finnerty Diamond Way Buddhist teacher from Las Vegas.

For more than a millennium the Karma Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism has transmitted some of the most powerful meditation methods Buddhism has to offer. Today, these transformative approaches are available in Diamond Way Buddhist centers throughout the Western world.

Meditation: A Practical Tool for Happiness will introduce you into the essential techniques used by most Buddhist schools as well as the treasured methods specific to the Diamond Way. Learn the components of meditation, like calm abiding and insight techniques, that support the advanced method of direct identification with enlightenment.
