|When:||Friday August 4 - Monday August 7|
The Diamond Way Buddhist Centres of Alberta are hosting the 7th Alberta Summer Course and inviting all practitioners from all corners of the world.

The weekend will be filled with lectures and Q&A, meditation sessions, activities, meals, and socializing! Topics will include: The Paramitas, Manifesting Buddha Qualities, Obstacles and Antidotes, Confidence in our Buddha Nature, and Acting Like a Buddha Until we Become One. Besides lectures on various topics, out teacher will answer questions and give special instructions for any of the meditation practices that belong to the Ngondro.
The David Thompson Resort* is situated in the heart of the Canadian Rockies, central to Banff, Jasper, Lake Louise, Nordegg and the Columbia Icefields. The setting is beautiful and a powerful place in nature.
If any of you are flying in, let us know, and we will do our very best to pick you up at the airport—or at least to coordinate a rental car, if that becomes necessary.
Teacher: Claudia Faiguenboim
Cost & Meals: To be announced. There will be a covered common area with picnic tables so that we can eat and socialize together. There is a restaurant on site (optional). We work hard to keep costs at a minimum. Exact pricing by May 2017.
Accommodation Options: Bring your own tent, trailer or RV. This year we will use Group Campsite B, a very quiet place and also has a shelter we can use for food preparation or a shelter for rainy weather.
You can also reserve an RV/Trailer, cabin, or room at the David Thompson Resort. Book ASAP as they book up fast!
